and what to expect
1: ROOFING
Roofs are walked and photographed or a drone is used to photograph all side of the roof. We research and document roofing permits. The age ,type, condition, expect life span, and permit date are reported.
2: ELECTRCIAL
Electric panels are opened. The exterior and interior of the panel are photographed. The type, age, amperage of the panel are reported. Wire types are also reported on.
3: PLUMBING
Water heaters, and exposed plumbing “toilet valves, drain pipes under sinks, washer hook ups, main hut off valve etc” are photographed. Age of water heater, types of pipes, and estimated age of updates are reported on.
4: HVAC
HVAC equipment “ AC condenser, and air handler” are photographed along with the date plates on the units. The manufactured date / age of equipment is reported.
