HOME INSPECTIONS
Our standard home inspection includes our eight section inspection report divided into the following eight sections:
STRUCTURE / ROOFING / AC SYSTEMS / ELECTRICAL / PLUMBING / INTERIORS / ATTICS / GROUNDS
Every inspection includes a same-day digital report with photos taken at the inspection. Buyers are welcome to attend the inspection. Details of your booking will be emailed to you in a confirmation email. Several convenient payment options are available.

Single-family homes / conditioned space
up to 1500 sq ft $ 350.00
1501 to 2000 $ 380.00
2001 to 2500 $ 415.00
2501 to 3000 $ 480.00
3001 to 3500 $ 510.00
3501 to 4000 $ 580.00
4001 to 4500 $ 670.00
4501 to 5000 $ 780.00
5001 to 5500 $ 825.00
5501 to 6000 $ 900.00
6001 to 6500 $ 975.00
*Call for quotes over 6500 sq ft and/or exact quotes on non-traditional housing (i.e. multi-family, historic, etc). Older homes (pre-1956) have an additional surcharge.
Wind Mitigation & 4-Point insurance reports are available at a reduced charge when we perform a full home inspection! $55.00 (Wind Mit.) or $75.00 (4-Point) if requested by your insurance provider.
Condominiums with an HOA managed exterior should check with their insurance agent to see if a 4-point or Wind Mitigation is required. It often depends on the carrier, but they are now more commonly required. HOAs often provide the Wind Mitigation report for the building.
