Roof permits are now required to be included in the 4-Point report for Citizens insurance & Florida carriers. In lieu of a roof permit, they will sometimes allow a licensed roofer’s invoice or licensed roofer’s documentation.
When searching, make sure to adjust your “search date” parameters so you can broaden the search if needed.

For City of Oldsmar permits PRIOR to 9-1-2021, use the above online record request to request a copy of your permit directly from the Oldmsar Building Dept.
For permits AFTER Sept 1, 2021, the City of Oldsmar switched to the county services for permitting. If your permit was pulled after 9-1-2021, use the search feature "Unincorporated Pinellas” at the top of this page.
NOTE: For cities Gulfport, Kenneth City, Belleair, Belleair Bluffs, and incorporated beaches not listed above - contact your building department directly. Some of these cities require in-person record requests (no email service).
PASCO COUNTY MUNICIPALITIES
Most of Pasco is unincorporated. For incorporated areas of Port Richey, San Antonio, and others - if you do not locate records in the “unincorporated Pasco” search, contact your municipality building department directly.
