HOME INSPECTIONS
Our standard home inspection includes our eight section inspection report divided into the following eight sections:
STRUCTURE / ROOFING / AC SYSTEMS / ELECTRICAL / PLUMBING / INTERIORS / ATTICS / GROUNDS
Every inspection includes the emailed report and photos taken at the inspection. Reports are emailed the same day as the inspection, typically that evening. Buyers are welcome to attend the inspection. Details of your booking will be emailed to you in a confirmation email. Several convenient payment options are available.

Single-family homes / conditioned space
up to 1500 sq ft $ 335.00
1501 to 2000 $ 360.00
2001 to 2500 $ 395.00
2501 to 3000 $ 445.00
3001 to 3500 $ 485.00
3501 to 4000 $ 555.00
4001 to 4500 $ 645.00
4501 to 5000 $ 735.00
5001 to 5500 $ 790.00
5501 to 6000 $ 865.00
6001 to 6500 $ 960.00
Call for quotes over 6500 sq ft and/or exact quotes on non-traditional housing (i.e. multi-family, historic, etc)
Wind Mitigation & 4 Point Reports are available at a reduced charge when we perform a full home inspection! $50.00 (Wind Mit.) or $70.00 (4Point) if requested by your insurance provider.
Condominiums with an HOA managed exterior should check with their insurance agent to see if a 4point or Wind Mitigation is required. It often depends on the carrier, but they are more commonly required now.
